Hit N Move Conditioning Gloves (Hook and Loop) 1.5 lbs (24 oz) Black Gold are weighted gloves for bag and mitt work. At 24 oz, they place more load on the arms and shoulders. The muscles tire sooner, so the boxer learns to maintain speed and technique until the end of the round. Dense multi-layer foam adds weight without metal inserts. Hit N Move distributed it throughout the glove and retained a compact shape.

Purpose: bag work, mitt work and endurance training. The gloves are not designed for sparring.
