For this reason, in order to guarantee the availability of the goods you are interested in in a physical store, we recommend that you pre-order on the website or clarify the information by phone.
The term for the reserve of goods is 3 days.
Delivery of the order to the branch of the company "Nova Poshta" is a convenient and fast way of delivery to most settlements in Ukraine.
Shipping is from Mon. by Fri. on the day of the order. If the order was confirmed or paid after 15.00, the shipment is automatically transferred to the next day.
To receive it, you must present your passport and declaration number (our manager will inform you after sending). The parcel must be received within 5 days from the date of arrival of the goods, otherwise the company "Nova Poshta" may charge you an additional fee for storage.
The cost of delivery is from 45 UAH. and may be increased depending on the weight and value of the parcel. Shipping is paid by the BUYER. If the product does not suit you, the delivery of the exchange / return is paid by the BUYER.
There is also the possibility of targeted delivery, this service is carried out at the tariffs of the New Mail enterprise.

Order delivery outside Ukraine:
Delivery via UkrPoshta. Delivery time 7 - 14 working days. days. Cost from 5 dollars. This cost may vary depending on the distance and weight of the package. Shipping is paid by the BUYER.
Delivery by UPS courier. Delivery time 3 - 5 working days. days. Cost from $25
We do not deliver orders to russia and belarus.
Delivery of orders to the Crimea and the OSS area is not currently carried out.
Payment
For residents of Kiev, there is an opportunity to pay in cash or by card in our store at the address: st. Derevlyanskaya 8.
For residents of Ukraine, payment options are available:
Cash on delivery: upon receipt at the warehouse of Nova Poshta (commission 21 UAH + 2% paid by the buyer)
Prepayment: transfer to a card. A money transfer is made to a Privat bank card using terminals located in any branch of this bank. The card number will be reported to you by our manager after order confirmation.
Online payment: payment by bank card on the site, for Privat24 clients, you can pay in your account.
For residents of other countries, the goods are sent on the basis of 100% prepayment. A money transfer can be made using the Western Union system (commission - from 0.5%). You can also pay for the order using the Paypal system (commission - 3.5%)
Sending an order by cash on delivery outside of Ukraine is not available.
It is also possible to pay for the order through the Webmoney payment system. Check with the manager for details.
